Kyle Ashmore defeats Sammy Smooth (w/ Scott Star) by pinfall

Two former UKPW Inter-Regional Champions faced off once again, but this was certainly  their first contest at a Comic Con! Ashmore gained early advantage and the action spilled out in the crowd (Ashmore enlisted the help of a cosplay Deadpool at one point to mount some offense!) When they returned to the ring, Smooth took control. As you can image a certain Scott Star at ringside took a swipe at Ashmore whenever the opportunity arose. In the closing moments, it was anyone's fight. Smooth brought a leather belt to the ring to distract Senior Official Martin Raymondson. While Raymondson's back was turned, Star handed Smooth a guitar to use, but Ashmore turned the tables and kicked the guitar into Smooth's face! Ashmore got the pinfall for the win! This was a fantastic contest and the crowd loved it!

20-Minute Ironman Match

Dow Jones defeats The Nail 2 falls to 1

The longstanding saga between Dow Jones and The Nail continues at Medway Comic Con.  This time, a 20-minute Ironman match where the aim is to score the most falls in the allotted time. The Nail came out of the gates quick, taking control of the contest and scoring the first pinfall after a top rope Moonsault. As the contest restarted, Dow jumped The Nail from behind, allowing Dow to take the advantage. After throwing The Nail crotch first into the rails and a suplex on the floor, Dow Jones picked up the second fall via countout. Dow maintained control throughout the next section. Dow then grabbed a chair from underneath the ring and brought it into play. Dow threw his jacket over Senior Official Martin Raymondon's head to obscure vision, fell to the floor and claimed "The Nail hit me with the chair!" Despite the audience and The Nail's objections, Dow scored the third fall by disqualification. The Nail attempted to mount a comeback in the few minutes remaining, but wasn't quick enough. Dow Jones won with 2 falls to 1!

After the contest, Dow attacked Raymondson, but Ashmore came to the ring to challenge Dow to a STEEL CAGE MATCH at the next show!!

Singles Match

'Trashman' Marcus Broome defeats 'Hitman' Gabriel Myers by disqualification, retaining the UKPW Inter-Regional Championship

Accompanying 'Trashman' to the ring was Only Fools & Horses legend, John 'Boycie' Challis! Boycie held the UKPW Inter-Regional Chmapionship, backed up Broome, didn't back down from Myers and was raring for a fight! As the contest began, 'Trashman' assured 'Boycie' that he had things under control and let 'Boycie' head off. What a cool moment this was for UKPW and the audience in attendance! This contest was back and forth from the offset as both men vied to walk away with the championship. In the closing moments, 'Trashman' hit his top rope Elbow Drop and pinned Myers for a certain victory. However, Steve Manelli came to the ring and pulled Senior Official Martin Raymondson out of the ring to prevent the three-count. Manelli then pulled 'Trashman' crotch first into the ring post, disqualifying Myers. Manelli & Myers continued to beat down 'Trashman' until The Nail made the save! Manelli then took the microphone and demanded a tag team match at the next event; 'The Nail & 'Trashman' vs Manelli & Myers in a STEEL CAGE MATCH!! The Nail & 'Trashman' accepted and the match was set.
