Match 1

Singles Match

'High Stakes' Tommy Martins defeats Spike Trivet by pinfall

This contest started soon after the doors opened (often referred to as a "Dark Match") The debuting Trivet looked to make an impressive impact by defeating former Inter-Regional Champion, 'High Stakes' Tommy Martins. Both competitors traded holds, with Trivet paying particular attention to Martins' arm. After being sent to the outside of the ring, Trivet took control by pulling Martins' arm over the ropes, partially hyperextending the elbow. Trivet continued his offense on the arm, using it to slow Martins down whenever Martins attempted to gain advantage. Despite Trivet's prowess and impressive performance, a final flurry from Martins lead to a successfully executed Reverse DDT to win the contest.

Match 2

Singles Match

'Doorman' Dom Taylor (w/ Cell & Mr Mally) defeats Maverick Mayhew by pinfall

Taylor came to the ring accompanied by new crew of cronies. Cell, who was defeated by Taylor at UKPW Wildcard the previous year, took the microphone and introduced himself and Mr Mally as the 'Doorman's new muscle. Answering Taylor's Open Challenge was the debuting Maverick Mayhew. The young Mayhew came out of the gates like a flash, overwhelming Taylor with his awe-inspiring agility. While Taylor was left reeling, Mayhew was setting up for a Superkick to end the contest. However, Mr Mally held onto Mayhew's foot, causing a momentary distraction for Taylor to recuperate and execute a HUGE German Suplex for a quick victory.

Buff Broadside, who was on announcing duties (due to losing to Taylor a few shows prior, which had a special stipulation that the loser could not compete in UKPW for 6 months.) said that Mayhew didn't deserve to lose under these circumstances on his debut. He announced there would be an impromptu contest Cell & Mr Mally vs Maverick Mayhew & "a mystery partner"...

Match 3

Tag Team Match

El Capitan Britannia & Maverick Mayhew defeats Cell & Mr Mally by pinfall

Buff Broadside sprinted backstage to grab Maverick Mayhew's mystery partner. While Broadside was gone, Cell & Mr Mally began their beatdown on a vulnerable Mayhew. Eventually, an announcement came over the microphone to introduce Mayhew's partner. It was a man name El Capitan Britannia (who looked suspiciously similar to Buff Broadside wearing a Union Jack mask....) El Capitan sprinted to the ring and got the tag from Mayhew! El Capitan came into the ring like a house of fire, running through Cell & Mr Mally. El Capitan tagged Mayhew and the newly formed team pulled off an assisted top rope Splash. Mayhew scored the pinfall victory over Cell.

The mysterious El Capitan saved the day!

Match 4

Singles Match

Ashmore defeats Dillon D'Angelo by submission

Ashmore came to the ring with a new abrasive attitude. He took the microphone and said he had no regrets about attacking 'Trashman' Marcus Broome after their loss at the last event. He also said "Trashman is a washed-up old man who was dragging me down. All of you were dragging me down!" UKPW debutant Dillon D'Angelo interrupted the irate Ashmore to begin their contest. Ashmore came out of the gates hot, holding nothing back in taking his anger out on D'Angelo. Ashmore dominated most of the contest, but D'Angelo tried to show fight wherever he could. Unfortunately, Ashmore powerfully violent offense was too much for D'Angelo to handle, eventually submitting to an Anaconda Vice from the former UKPW Inter-Regional Champion.

Match 5

Singles Match

Dow Jones defeats Connor Mills by pinfall, retaining the UKPW Inter-Regional Championship

This contest began with a display of technical dominance from Mills. Dow tried to match Mills' wrestling prowess, but was often sent reeling to the outside of the ring. Eventually, Dow took control after a stiff kick to Mills' abdomen. Dow tried to slow the pace down, but often contended with the constant resilience of Mills. In amongst Mills' peppered offense, it was evident that his abdomen was causing him some trouble (which, as you can imagine, was spotted and exploited by Dow.) A final extended flurry from Mills almost secured the victory, but Dow reversed his grasp executed his Credit Crunch maneuver on Mills (dropping all of his weight on Mills' painful midsection.) Dow gained the pinfall victory, however it was a VERY close encounter.

Match 6

Tag Team Match

The Brawl Street Strikers (Alexander Roth/Sam Irvine) (w/ the Tycoon) defeats Anton Green & 'Mr Hollywood' Shane Stevens by pinfall

Anton Green returned to in-ring action after a 3 year hiatus to help his old friend, 'Mr Hollywood'. The Tycoons & his cronies have been locking horns with 'Mr Hollywood' since The Tycoon betrayed Stevens back at Crowning Glory 2016. Green & Stevens came out of the gates strong, controlling the contest over their less experienced adversaries. Eventually, The Brawl Street Strikers used the numbers advantage to take control, isolating 'Mr Hollywood'. The Tycoon's boys employed a systematic beatdown on their nemesis, keeping Stevens as far away from Green as possible. A miscalculated strike from Roth allowed Stevens to take advantage and tag in Green! Green outmaneuvered his opponents to nearly capture the victory. However, 'Doorman' Dom Taylor appeared and started assaulting 'Mr Hollywood'. Roth capitalised on the distraction to pin Green for the victory.

Main Event

Singles Match

Theodore Powers defeats Fentos by pinfall, retaining the UKPW Championship

Fentos looked to capture Powers' newly won UKPW Championship, but Powers wouldn't give up the gold. Early mind games from Fentos were squandered by Powers' impressive agility and ring prowess. An extended flurry of offense from Powers was cut short, however, when Fentos threw him off the top rope, landing hard on his back. Fentos' control was slow and targeted (aiming primarily for Powers' mid-back to eliminate any explosive offense.) A boastful lapse in concentration from Fentos allowed Powers to mount a comeback. In the closing stretch, Fentos took the advantage once again, but was desperate to end the match. Fentos pulled down the turnbuckle pad as a distraction while grabbing a weapon. However, Powers evaded Fentos' attack and executed a devastating top rope Blockbuster to secure the contest.
